BKS Africa is seeking a dynamic Associate to join an innovative team in Dakar. As a Digital Financial Inclusion Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality technical assistance and contributing to transformative projects across the region.

• Project Execution: Design and implement digital financial services projects aimed at empowering youth, women, and enterprises.
• Professional Contribution: Collaborate on reports, data analysis, and capacity-building initiatives for clients.

Who You Are:

• Education: Master’s degree in business or relevant fields.
• Experience: 2-4 years in digital financial services, with a focus on youth, women, and enterprise sectors in the WAEMU region.
• Skills: Proficiency in digital financial services, project management, and market research.
• Languages: Fluency in French (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
• Competencies: Strong attention to detail, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
